Ingredients
Serves 1
1 cup Pure Harvest CocoQuench
1 banana
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoon protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
1 handful ice (optional)
cacao nibs / granola to garnish
Method
Add all of the ingredients excluding the ice, into the blender and blend until smooth. Optional, add in the ice and blend further.
Pour into glass, sprinkle cacao nibs or granola as garnish
This is delicious, i am not a avocado fan but i couldn't taste it, this smoothie kept me full.
