This DIY salad is super simple, you can adjust this 'build your plate' template to your own taste buds. DIY Salmon Salad with sweet potato chunks: serves 1
Ingredients
1.5 cups of salad leaves
1/2 cup of sweet potato chunks
1 tin of salmon (tuna is fine, too)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 onion, sliced
4-6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Dressing
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 Tbs Extra Virgin olive oil
Dash of ACV (otherwise, red wine or balsamic vinegar)
Method
Prepare salad vegetables and place into a bowl
Drain salmon and place into a bowl
Dress salad
