Super Green Smoothie



If you are someone who struggles to get adequate protein and greens in the morning, then this Super Green Smoothie is for you! You'll be suprised how GOOD this tastes.

Ingredients

  • 250ml Pure Harvest Almond Milk (1/2 milk, 1/2 water - optional)

  • 1T chia seeds

  • 2 cups spinach leaves

  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2T protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1T nut butter

  • 1T flaxseed oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 handful ice (optional)

Method

  1. Pour almond milk and chia seeds into the blender and let sit for ~5-10 mins for the chia seeds to soak.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients excluding the ice, into the blender and blend until smooth. Optional, add in the ice and blend further.
